This game, with its wild swings, inconsistent goaltending and unexpected scoring, mirrored Toronto's unpredictable season. The Leafs will learn this afternoon whether a year of ups and downs was enough to allow them to keep playing.
What a bizarre game. The first two periods were played like shinny and the 3rd period the teams combined for 7 shots.
Scott Clemmensen and the Devils play sudden Calder candidate Dooby and his Islanders at 3:30. Try not to eat too much chocolate Leafers as it could result in rash decisions should the bounces not go your way this afternoon.
Go Yashin!
