In this writers opinion, Ottawa's GM and Coach still have work to do before being considered anything but a struggling franchise with a couple of wins lately.
Leafs ranked 8th and Ottawa 20th.
Thanks to the fine folks at PPP for the link, whom I agree with that the Leafs seem ranked a little high.
